Although his playing days are over, I got to witness firsthand how quick and strong his hands still are. However, it is great to see that he is even quicker with a smile.
Anthony loves his family, coaching, his community, and Jesus. We spent the day swapping stories and he shared about his legendary career. Playing offensive line is never pretty, and you don’t often get the recognition of other positions, but this Hall of Famer loved the daily grind of playing O-line. He told me he was made to play this position, and his Hall of Fame jacket—which he graciously let me try on—makes this abundantly clear.
