Robbie Findley

USA National Team and World Cup Starter

Meet Robbie Findley—a USA men’s national soccer team member and starter on the 2010 World Cup team. He’s also an MLS Champion and European player whose game has taken him around the world two times over. He’s played through injury and personal defeats, and through it all, you can see he strives to find ways to pursue Jesus.

Robbie was a joy to talk with, gracious and soft spoken. I watched as he effortlessly juggled a ball for what seems like an eternity. Our juggling competition had to be canceled, but we found a foosball table where our competitive spirit was revealed. Let me tell you, foosball is the only thing remotely soccer related in which I could compete with Robbie. You will have to watch to see who came out on top.
